MENTOR PREPARATION
Thank you for investing your time into raising redemptive entrepreneurs. As a mentor, we ask that you set aside intentional time to prepare. Here are a few suggestions on how to prepare, as well as detailed information about the Lab event.
Welcome Mentors to the Lab
Firstly, we are deeply grateful for your willingness to invest your time, wisdom, and unique gifts in the lives of these entrepreneurs. Your story, shaped by God's hand, is a powerful testimony that will undoubtedly inspire and guide them in their journeys. We pray that as you serve, you too will be abundantly blessed, knowing that your love and dedication are not only impacting these founders, but also advancing His Kingdom through your faithful service.
The great joy of our work at the Redemptive Lab is the time we spend in person together. This is a unique time for each of us to unplug, be present, learn, listen, and encourage. While we know everyone is busy with much to do outside of the event, we ask that everyone be fully present during the time you’re with us. Our events are unlike a typical conference where you might be able to step away and take a call; they are customised for each participant, intentional, and relational -- each person plays a key role in each part of the day. As a mentor are with us for 1 day of the event and we kindly ask you to prioritise being fully present during that time.

The Location
The event will be held at Marnong Estate in Mickleham. After driving through the Vineyards, park outside reception at the back of the venue for easy access to check-in. You will then gain access to your accommodation, where you can park your car for more convenient access to your accommodation.
The Founders
We have some amazing founders wanting to seek God through their business, and they need your help. In preparation for the Lab, please read up on the founders you will be engaging with, pray for each of them that they will encounter God through this event, and through their business.
