Redemptive Labs
Through peer community, mentoring, and spiritual discipleship, founders and leaders deepen their imagination and accelerate their practice of redemptive entrepreneurship. All labs events are designed to support a founder’s growth - and the growth of their venture
What is Redemptive Lab?
A 3 day, 2 night in-person experience designed for early-stage founders of for-profit or for-purpose businesses to accelerate and deepen the health and growth of their leadership and venture.
The gathering will be fast-paced and fully-scheduled. Founders leave with fresh ideas, practical tools, new relationships, and critical feedback from peers, mentors and the program team. We will protect time at the end to synthesise and create action items for the return home.
What can I expect?
The Redemptive Lab experience is designed for founders’ specific needs and opportunities — generating experience-based insights and discussions about how to apply the Redemptive Frame to what we build, how we build, and why we build, sharing vision presentations, and getting 1:1 mentoring from experienced venture builders.

A rough agenda
Hosted by our Labs Team:
Day 1: Arrive at the accommodation, enjoy dinner with the cohort of founders and share and hear each others story
Day 2: Get introduced to the mentors, work through the Redemptive Frame, Venture Presentations*, Strategy and Operations Mentor Panels, and Mentor 1:1s
Day 3: Finish with Leadership Session, Reflection and Synthesis, and Departures
Meals, programming and accommodation will be provided throughout the event
*each participating founder will deliver a 4-minute pitch of their venture to their peers and mentors

Marnong Estate
Our first Melbourne Redemptive Labs event will be held March 5th to 7th 2025
Location: The Redemptive Labs event will be held at the beautiful Marnong Estate about 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD
Cost: $1,500 includes programming, accommodation and meals throughout the experience
Travel: All attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the event

Redemptive Business Labs is for early-stage founders of for-profit businesses to grow their leadership and their venture, in and with a community of believers.
We are looking to build an active community of venture builders; even if you do not meet all of these criteria, we still encourage you to apply.

Post-hunch, meaning you have established revenue
Early stage, ideally within first 5 years of operations

Pursuing their mission through scalable business models
Designing innovative solutions in their respective sectors and/or addressing critical cultural issues through a redemptive lens
